With the arrival of the era of "blowout" of UAV Drone in 2017, from military to civil, from industry to entertainment, from companies to individuals, the range of UAV use is becoming more and more intensive, and the frequency of incidents such as "black fly" and "smuggling" is also increasing.
The introduction of the new regulations means that the monitoring of UAV drones will be more and more strict. I think you are very concerned about whether your aircraft is limited, so let's take you to know the specific regulations.
Civil UAV drones are divided into five categories: Micro (maximum takeoff mass is not more than 0.5 kg), light (maximum takeoff mass is not more than 7 kg), small (maximum takeoff mass is not more than 25 kg), medium (maximum takeoff mass is not more than 150 kg), large (maximum takeoff mass is more than 150 kg).
According to the regulations, the UAV drones widely used by the current flying friends are generally within the scope of "light". Taking the light UAV which is often used as an example, the UAV needs to meet four conditions:
1. The light UAV must be registered in real name. In the new regulation, it is clearly pointed out that all UAVs need to be registered except micro UAVs, and the UAVs need to be marked with post registration marks. The real name authentication information shall be shared with the flight management department and the public security department.
2. The light UAV does not need a flight license for the time being, but it must understand and grasp the corresponding risks brought by the UAV, abide by the flight rules, and be familiar with the operation process of the UAV. If a light UAV has reliable surveillance capability and airspace maintenance capability and always flies within the visual sight distance of the crew, it is not necessary to apply for a flight plan in the planned permitted airspace. In case of other circumstances, it is necessary to apply for a flight plan in accordance with the regulations.
3. In addition to the flight control department's attention to the flight height in important areas, such as important targets and government agencies, the upper limit of the light UAV's height is usually not more than 120 meters in densely populated areas, such as airports, stations and squares.
4. In principle, no UAV other than micro UAV can drive at night. The UAV shall not carry prohibited goods, dangerous goods and other unapproved items, nor throw objects or spray liquid on the ground. The new policy explicitly prohibits drones from flying on mobile vehicles or aircraft.
