Common Failures Of Feeding Granulator And Their Solutions

The common faults produced by the feed pellet machine in normal use are too low.

1. The first use of the die is poor in the smoothness of the die;

2. The moisture content of the material is too high or too low;

3. The gap between the pressure roller and the flat die is too large;

4. The pressure roller or flat die is severely buckled;

5. The V-belt slips or ages.

Method of exclusion

1. Lubricating with oil-containing material, the output will increase after working for a period of time;

2. Adjust the moisture content of the material;

3. Adjust the compression bolts;

4. Tighten or replace the new flat die with a V-belt.
